Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at House of Brims and it is our goal to ensure you are happy with your purchase. House of Brims offers customers exchanges and returns on items received within 14 days. Products eligible for return must be in new, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. 

Any returns made after 14 days cannot be accepted. Exceptions to this specified time include delays due to postage and handling. 

Exchanges

Exchange totals are equal to the value paid at checkout (after discounts) excluding any shipping fees paid. 

To exchange your purchase for a different color or size, please use the Returns Portal. Once an exchange return request is submitted through our Returns Portal, a shipping label will be provided to you.

To exchange your purchase for a different product, you must send an email to returns@houseofbrims.com. If you exchange your purchase for a product of lesser value, you will receive a refund for the remaining value. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional costs required to exchange their item.

Exchange orders will be processed once they reach our warehouse. You will receive updated tracking information once your new exchange is shipped.

Store Credit Returns

Once a return request is submitted through our Returns Portal, a shipping label will be provided to you.

Return shipping label costs are calculated and deducted from your store credit once your return request is submitted.

Please note an automatic $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit amount to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking your returned merchandise.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a store credit has been issued.

All return shipping labels are valid for 14 days after a return request is submitted. If your return is not shipped within this timeframe, your return request and label will expire.

**Any shipping costs paid at the original checkout are non-refundable.

**Insuring your shipment is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged

products. Please note, all items must be packaged in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of houseofbrims.com. Items deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis which may include: 

1. Refusing to accept the return and

sending it back to the purchaser

or

2. Deducting a fee from the store credit amount to cover the expense of cleaning and/or repair.

Returns for International Customers

To authorize a return for international orders, please email us at support@houseofbrims.com

International customers are responsible for the cost of their respective returns- shipping charges including taxes and duties. Once a return has been approved, please mail your return package to the address below:

Welcome to our Returns Portal!

All US exchange returns and store credit returns must be submitted through this Portal in order to be accepted. For information on international returns please visit our Returns for International Customers tab in Customer Support

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Begin by clicking the "Start Your Return" button above or visit https://houseofbrims.loopreturns.com/

2. Enter your order number

(This can be found in your confirmation email)

3. Add the items you want to return by clicking on the product

4. Choose from an exchange or return for store credit option

5. Choose the reason you are returning or exchanging the product

6. Simply follow the next steps as prompted to complete the returns process
