It is important to ensure your hat is not too tight nor too loose, but just right. First things first- we highly recommend our customer measure their head before purchasing their new hat to feel confident they’re selecting the correct size.

Using a hat filler is a great option for customers that are in between sizes. Hat fillers can fill in the small gaps to create a more secure fit.

We recommend keeping our Signature hats dry and away from wet conditions. We understand things can happen, so if your hat gets wet, be sure to pat it dry with a towel to ensure the hat does not lose its shape.

Please avoid prolonged periods of sun exposure to avoid the color of your hat fading.

We ship all orders out of our warehouse in Southern California.
